While Bart technically didn't start in radio until a college internship at WCOW-FM in Sparta, Wisconsin, there are dozens of missing cassette tapes that would prove his love for radio started during his childhood.
But upon graduation from UW-La Crosse, Bart's first job was instead in television, working as a reporter/photographer at WKBT-TV. Eventually Bart found his way back to radio in his hometown of Fond du Lac at WFON-FM, where he helmed "Mornings with Bart" from 2011-2015 and did sports play-by-play for KFIZ-AM.
Bart began working at The FAN in August of 2014 as a producer on the BIG SHOW before moving to the mornings. "Chuck & Winkler" debuted on August 4th, 2016.
Bart currently resides in Shorewood with his wife Nikol. The first of four brothers all with the same initials; BGW, Bart bleeds Green & Gold.
